A little about our Real Estate Broker, Bee Thaxton.
Bee has worked in all facets of the Real Estate industry in her 35+ years of experience. Her knowledge of DVC and the resale market is vast and her integrity and service to her clients has earned her a reputation of excellence.

Jonathan lives in Texas with his wife, Toni, and their 4 kids.
They have been DVC members since 2015, and they visit the parks several times a year. Jonathan and Toni purchased their first resale contract from Bee in 2016 and they became friends immediately.
Jonathan joined the Real Estate industry, and the DVC Shop Resales team, in 2023 as an administrative assistant and now has his Real Estate license.
Prior to beginning this adventure, Jonathan was in law enforcement for 23 years, retiring as an Assistant Police Chief. He enjoys hunting, fishing and has a small upholstery company, specializing in custom golf cart seats.

I was very fortunate to have bought my first resale contract through Bee Thaxton! Bee is a DVC owner herself so she is very familiar with all aspects of DVC. She is very patient and is willing to answer any and all questions. Through my dealings with Bee, I have found her to be very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I did not know much about dvc but I knew I loved Disney! I would always stay at one of the moderate hotels. One day, while scrolling through Facebook, I saw Bee Thaxton name show up several times. I decided to give her a call and ask some questions about dvc. She was patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Well 1 contract led to another and to another and we love our DVC!
I reached out to Bee Thaxton to ask some questions for someone that listed elsewhere but was not getting answers to questions about the process and timeline.
Even though not listed with her she took time to explain all the fees that would be deducted from the seller side and confirm the numbers.
When we sell or buy more points we will be going with Bee. If she gives that good of service when it is not even her listing- wow! Not sure how service could have been better if it had been her listing!
